When Taylor Collins and Katie Forrest turned their vegan diet on its head and began eating naturally sourced meat, their health improved immensely. Because they couldn’t find one on the market, they created a meat-based protein bar, and within a year, their product could be found across the country. Now they are practicing what they preach about healthy land management practices on a ranch outside Fredericksburg.
