Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation

A will or living trust allows you to protect your loved ones long after your lifetime. These documents also give you the power to provide for important causes, such as conservation, that you care deeply about.

Here are a few basic pieces of information about using your will or trust to leave a wild legacy for Texas:

  • Including a gift to TPWF is incredibly easy. Start by contacting us to request official wording for your gift. Then ask your attorney to use this language when creating your will or living trust. If you already have a will or living trust, simply ask your attorney to update the existing document with the language.
  • It is worry-free. You will not give anything away until after your passing, so you can keep using your possessions and finances.
  • You have choices. You can give us a specific item, an amount of money or a percentage of your estate.

We Are Here to Help

If you are ready to make a future gift, we are here to help answer any questions. The impact you can have on the wild things and wild places of Texas is priceless.
