What We Do

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation has raised more than  $70,000,000 since 1991 in support of a wide variety of key initiatives of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department.

A sell-out crowd of 600 of the leading conservationists in Texas celebrated the induction of the Meadows Foundation and Governor William P. Clements into the Texas Conservation Hall of Fame here Thursday night at Union Station. Some of the most important conservation projects ever conducted in Texas were funded by the Meadows Foundation. And, some of the most important decisions impacting conservation in Texas were made during the two terms that William P. Clements served as Governor.
